PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 2 working days for all orders to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may be extended if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

If your order contains an item which is on pre-order, we will dispatch your full order once the pre-order item has arrived in our warehouse. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.

NON-CANCELLATION POLICY
Once we receive your order we process it immediately, therefore we do not offer you the chance to cancel your order once it has been placed.

We are not responsible for any import charges incurred during delivery.
Returns
All custom items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded as these items are made to order.
Every item is carefully quality checked before it is shipped to you. In the event that you are not happy with your order, returns must be sent in its original packaging to the return address stated on the label. Once it is received, we will check the item before contacting you to issue a refund. All refund requests must be within 3 days of receiving your item.
